The order can be paid online via the Shopify payments payment gateway, where you can pay online by card. Payment using Apple pay is also available in the Safari browser. Payment using Google pay is available in the chrome browser. You can also pay by bank transfer.

You are giving your card details directly to the bank, not to the Braelle Intimates retailer. None of the employees have access to your payment card information.

How to proceed when paying by card?
In the order form, select the method of payment - by credit card. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the payment gateway where you will be prompted to enter your card details:

CVV2/CVC2 – the last three digits preprinted on the signature strip of your card

You enter these data directly to the bank, which ensures an indecipherable encrypted data transfer and only informs us of the authorization result and thus instructs us to process the order. This eliminates the possibility of misuse of your payment card by the entity from which you purchase goods, and the free transfer of unprotected data on a public computer network.

How to proceed in case of problems?
If the bank does not confirm your card payment to us, it may be for the following reasons:
The payment card information was not filled in correctly.

You don't have enough funds on your card.

You have exceeded your online transaction limit.

Your card cannot be used for online payment - contact your bank to allow this type of transaction.


The order will be shipped after receiving the payment, so we recommend making the transfer immediately after ordering the goods so that we can send it to you as soon as possible.
